My March Makeup Wishlist

There are a lot of products I want and hope to get in the next couple of months. I want to make these lists in case any of you reading these has purchased them and can provide any insight. Are they worth it? Would you buy them again? Do you love them? Do you hate them? I want to know it all.

1. Tarteist Pro Amazonian Clay Palette
905

I have been obsessing over this palette for the last couple of months. I love the shades, I love that most of the shades are matte as I’m not a huge fan of shimmery eyeshadows, but it still includes a couple of shimmery shades for when you feel like it. I am also a big fan of the mirror. I usually do my makeup sitting on the floor and I use a hand-mirror to apply my makeup so this would come in handy.

2. Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner

I follow Tarte on Instagram and they did a quick tutorial using this eyeliner and it looked great! I usually only apply eyeliner in my waterline, both top and bottom, and this applied really smoothly and pigmented.

3. BECCA Backlight Filter Face Primer

Primers are one of the beauty products I haven’t invested much time or money in, but I’ve heard a lot of people rave about this one. I currently use an e.l.f primer and I’ve tried Smashbox Photo Finish Primer because I got samples of it, but I don’t really notice a difference and I’m curious to see if a more high-end product would give better results.

4. Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder

Zoella raved about this product in one of her makeup tutorials and I’m really interested and curious in trying it out. I swatched it once at Sephora and the formula felt so nice and creamy, I don’t think I had ever swatched a product that felt so soft. In the video, she tried out the shade Luminous Light.

5. Hourglass GIRL Lip Stylo

Honestly, the main reason why this product is on this list is that I think the packaging is beautiful. I like the oversized crayon look, and the Hourglass branded copper/brown makes it look classy. There are a lot of pinky shades available, but also nudes and more dark tones. The Lip Stylo is a Satin finish, but I think they also have a version of this in matte.
